Accountability Partnership

[Nederlands] Start & Ontwikkel Accountability Partnerschaps voltrekt zich in 4 stappen tussen 2 of 3 gelijk-gerichte personen. Een AP – verband, een relatie tussen twee of drie  gelijkgerichte personen heeft als doel om elkaar ter verantwoording te roepen over duidelijk gemaakte afspraken omtrent de realisatie van een meetbaar doel. Elkaar versterken, inspireren, moed en focus inboezemen totdat het einddoel is gerealiseerd, zoals afgesproken aan het begin van het AP-traject.  Aan het eind van het traject worden de successen gevierd en de leerpunten meegenomen naar de volgende fase in ‘the adventure of life’.

[English] Start & Develop Accountability Partnership takes place in 4 steps between 2 or 3 like-minded people. An AP relationship, a relationship between two or three like-minded persons, aims to hold each other accountable for clear agreements regarding the realization of a measurable goal. Strengthen, inspire, encourage and focus until the end goal is achieved, as agreed at the start of the AP process. At the end of the process, the successes are celebrated and the lessons learned are taken to the next phase in ‘the adventure of life’.
